Feminism is a nebulous concept in that, there are as many feminisms as there are womxn. At its core, feminism; the radical notion that women are people, has strived for more than just equality.

For over a decade, we've dedicated ourselves to supporting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) initiatives across Africa. Witnessing the "triple threat" of HIV infections, unintended pregnancy, and gender-based violence disproportionately impacting young people across the continent has been deeply concerning. It is a crisis that demands immediate and strategic action. Through this state of triple threat paper, we share what the current situation is in Africa and offer recommendations to curb the triple threat.
